Downstairs there is the living room with a sofa which can be extended into a 160cm bed, a desk and small table. Upstairs there's a queen size bed and a wardrobe. Electricity is to be paid each month, 80€, not included in the rent. Double glazed windows, ac in the bed room and downstairs. There is a secured parking lot not included in the price. There is a free parking 6 minutes' all away. It is 6mn' walk to the beach and also to the bus tram and train station. The kitchen opens onto the balcony which is west.
