THE HOME
Through the entrance into the main home , find a large kitchen with a pass through to the bar in an open air dining space. Inside there is a bathroom and an amazing amount of storage, but the most breathtaking part of the home is upstairs, where elegance of colonial times meet the whimsical nature of Bocas del Toro.
On the second floor, you enter a broad and breezy living space , with vaulted ceilings, natural light, and windows that frame views of the Caribbean sea. To your left, enter the master bedroom, no shortage of space. Next, pass through the walk in closet, the ensuite bathroom, and the shower room which are all linked by a corridor, to effortlessly flow through your days routines.
To the right of the living room, open doors invite you to a massive covered veranda, which faces the privacy of the back yard, where you can relax in the blooming fragrances of the garden and listen to the busy wilderness. The land behind the home is not fit for building, so you will never have a neighbor in site.
THE STUDIO
Cross the driveway to access a 2 story building. Both levels have housed incredible creations since the buildings creation in 2021, they each have lovely covered outdoor spaces, and private bathrooms.
Downstairs is a music studio, and the space is separate from the staircase leading to the upper suite as well as a large storage room, dually acting as a gym. Upstairs, there are views of the sea, a small kitchenette, and oversized bathroom built for a queen.
Though the two spaces are already quite separate, simple changes could be made to separate their entrances and create 2 independent dwellings for renting.
THE BEACH
Bluff beach is the place to be on Isla Colon, about half an hour from town, but close to some of bocas’ best restaurants and beach bars, the area still feels wild and free. 5kms of golden sand align the crashing Caribbean Sea, where turtles nest. The home is set back and elevated in the jungle, but the beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and you can still hear the waves when the jungle quiets at night.
